I was looking for a place with availability for a large unit. This was closest to my house and had the space I wanted in a climate-controlled environment. I was surprised with the lock fee, but once I saw the configuration, that made sense. The one place that this facility could improve is they did not place a welcome tag on as they did for the other no-contact rentals. I inspected the locker and found it to be adequate, but I would have appreciated if that step had not been missed.

we were pleased with special offer for a first floor storage unit and plan to rent for appx 1 yr and hope Extra Space will honor cost if it runs a bit longer. will post an update at a later time.

Overall Good experience. The elevator code is an annoyance. After 15 trips to and from the van, What a pain.
