The facility is well-maintained, clean, and pretty much as represented. Overall experience so far is fantastic. Time will tell, but I'm not anticipating much will change my review down the road. Keep up the great work

The price was perfect, the unit was perfect, and the people were so very friendly. The access was amazing. I was able to move all of my stuff in within two days. They were able to cater to my disability needs and assisted me to make sure my things were secure. Great company!!

I was happy with the i initial service received. I did the majority of everything online, but was thankful for the call to confirm and the option to ask question by Ebony. She even offered to stay later to accommodate me after work to get things started. I am sure it will continue to go as good as the start for the remainder of my needs with Prime Storage.

The pricing is excellent, the cleanliness is excellent, they have very good customer service and front desk employees as well. There is excellent Access points at the facility and the climate is very suitable for delicate objects by nature. I would recommend this storage facility to anyone. My only complaint is that there are not enough moving carts for the facility. There are only four carts for the entire place. I noticed people waiting around for carts while I was there..

Overall, this is an excellent storage facility. I was highly impressed by how kind, professional and helpful the staff person was! (I can't remember her name at the moment - she helped us on 5/25/2022). It is a great price to quality value for a storage facility. Also, the third floor is much drier and better climate controlled than I expected it to be. I highly recommend this facility!!

Good facility so far, havenﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t had any issues. Management seems nice and the place is clean. Has bathroom which is also clean and well stocked. Would recommend. Pricing is decent as well.

Had just paid for storage First day moving my stuff in left to grab some more stuff 5 mins away and lock left with my storage closed and came back and the manger had my storage wide open with the stuff I had put in there was not happy about this at all because he seen me going up and down stairs putting stuff in storage other then that itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s really clean I just didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t like how he did that and didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t apologize or nothing as a new customer
