I used to park my RV in this facility and always lived with the poor delimitation of the spaces and difficulties to park and get out of the parking space. but the cherry on the top was that in my last two visits I found one of the storage doors in my rig open and the person there was not interested in hear and do something, the second time an special battery was subtracted from my rig. I put the claim to the management and a supervisor called me stating that I have to put a police report in order to have a team looking for fingerprints that was their way to tell they will do nothing about my loss. Immediately I did cancel my contract with them and move my rig from there.

I did not remember that my unit's pay was due on the 3rd of every month as they just charge my credit card. I moved out on the 10th of May because I got a letter stating it was going up by $20.00 and I will not pay $75.00 a month for a 5x5 space. Talked to the manager and she was very flippant and noncaring, saying I had to pay a full month's rent for just 7 days. I had also called 3 different numbers and no one ever answered the phone and they never returned any of my messages. This is not the way to treat people. If you rent from them make sure you remember exactly what day it is due or you will be paying for an extra month you did not use. I say go somewhere else.
